Karry Deeter is the founder of Deeter Accounting and the creator of the Financially Empowered Female program. With over 20 years of accounting and business experience, she specializes in helping small businesses and nonprofits establish strong financial foundations through bookkeeping, payroll, QuickBooks training, and ongoing consulting.
Karry is also deeply committed to financial education and empowerment. Through the Financially Empowered Female program, she equips women entrepreneurs with the tools and confidence to take charge of their finances, reduce stress around money, and build businesses that are both profitable and sustainable. Her guiding belief is that financial clarity creates freedom—and that every business owner deserves the confidence to make decisions with their numbers in mind.

Economic Development Manager
Talia Hansen is the Economic Development Manager for San Juan County, Utah, where she leads countywide initiatives in business, workforce, community, and infrastructure development. She develops programs and partnerships that strengthen local economies and expand opportunities across the region.
Talia has spearheaded efforts that bring technical assistance, grant opportunities, mentorship, and a business basecamp conference to her rural area and the four corners region. Providing access for rural entrepreneurs to be able to have the same resources available in urban centers, but designed to meet the unique needs of the communities she serves.

Director of Tsé Bii’ Ndzisgaii Community Center
Samantha Holiday is of the Tł'ízí łání clan (many goats) and was born for the Bit'ahnii clan (folded arms). She was raised in Tse'Bii'Nidzisgai (Monument Valley, Utah) and is an alumnus of both Southern Utah University and Utah State University. With over 10 years of experience working with various non-profit organizations in healthcare, education, and agriculture, Samantha has made significant contributions to her community.
She is a co-founder of MVCC Ranch, which is a Navajo heritage resource program focused on traditional agriculture and animal farming. Additionally, she serves as a shareholder in S&S Pro Construction, LLC, a Native American-operated and women-owned business.
Samantha is grateful for the opportunity to strengthen her community by serving as the director of her local community center.

Rural Economic Development Professional
Debra McKee is a dedicated rural economic development professional with a unique background spanning social work and hospitality. Her diverse experience allows her to approach economic development with a holistic perspective, understanding both the human and business aspects of community and economic growth. She currently serves on the Southeastern Utah Economic Development District Board as well as the Southeastern Entrepreneurial Network Board. Debra is actively involved in organizing economic development events, such as the Eastern Economic Summit, which aims to highlight opportunities and resources in southeastern Utah. Her commitment to improving rural communities is evident in her work on housing initiatives and her engagement with local leaders to support sustainable development. In Debra's spare time you will find her outdoors with her daughter, husband and pup.

Meghan has also been a sought-after speaker at conferences and events, sharing her expertise on various business-related topics.

Driven by a desire to address the needs of rural areas, Meghan founded ashTEC, a business, economic, and workforce development consulting firm. The ashTEC team prides itself on its ability to provide services in multiple languages, catering to individuals, 1099 employees, startups, small businesses, and corporations. Their commitment to client satisfaction is evident through personalized one-on-one meetings and hands-on training, reflecting a "boots on the ground" approach.

Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Education Director
Griselda Rogers is Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Education Director in White Mesa, Utah for the past 27 years. She is also on the Board of Directors for San Juan Foundation and an advisory member representing Blue Mountain Hospital on UNHS Board of Directors. She has vast experience working on the reservation which consists of networking, finding funding for programs, hosting activities for youth of all ages, working with local school district for equal right of education, and local colleges or universities. In her free time, Griselda enjoys traveling to various cities with her sister, nieces, and daughters. Attending concerts with family is also time well spent. Griselda is a member of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe in Towaoc, CO. She holds a master degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global Campus.
